The KDDC Board of Directors are seeking qualified candidates for the Executive Director position. The application period will be open from August 1st through September 15th, 2024 and the selected candidate would be expected to begin in January 2025. This is a remote position based in Kentucky. The Kentucky Dairy Development Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to the Kentucky dairy industry by upholding our mission: “to educate, promote and represent dairy producers and foster an environment for growth of the Kentucky dairy industry.” KDDC serves a community of dairy producers, industry members, and agriculture representatives throughout the state by developing and sustaining producer programming, maintaining multiple publications, and supporting community events, amongst a range of other activities. A qualified candidate for the position of Executive Director will be a leader in these functions, within the organization and beyond, and they will keep the mission of KDDC at the forefront of their activities. As the face of the organization, the selected candidate would be expected to attend leading industry events, engage with potential sponsors, build relationships with producers, and other activities as needed to serve KDDC and the Kentucky dairy industry.
